Charge 3 has a blank screen and not syncing. I have tried all the advise and seemed to get it back briefly. Although it was fully charged this morning, it nows says via my phone down to 42%. Any ideas on how to fix or has fitbit given up. Need to know as miss it already. Linda

There have been server issues although fitbit are less than forthcoming about this and keep telling people to carry out pointless troubleshooting steps.
