My Charge 4 has a blank screen and when plugged in, it vibrates when I push the button. Reset is impossible by holding button for 8 seconds. It’s been like this for days. Randomly on the second day of not working it showed “100” and the flashing dots in diamond logo. But then shortly after reverted back to blank screen and the vibrating button. Bit fed up.
