Samsung Galaxy is not finding my charge 2.
Have been using it for a year now and today it wouldn't sync, unpaired it to reconnect with the tracker and now can not find it. Reboot the phone and still no Bluetooth devices found.
Anyone offer a solution

My Charge 2 bluetooth isn't syncing to my iPhone either since 8am this morning nor my Aria scale. Tried shutting down and rebooting my phone numerous times nothing is working. Just keeps 'looking'....

Unpairing the tracker thrpugh the phones bluetooth settings is a good idea, then try and sync. The app will then pair the tracker.
Removing the tracker from your fitbit account is never a good idea when there is a sync problem.
Other things to try is
Restart phone
Restart tracker
Clear app cache
Setup the tracker as a replacement device.

I have had the same problem since last week as well. Service is slow to respond to my support request.

None of these worked.
How do you "clear the app cache?"

Phone settings > apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
Now if your phone isn't an Android phone, try Google.
