Hi @Bettyboop50,
Bluetooth is always on with the Charge 2. There's no way to turn it off. What makes you think the problem is on the fitbit tracker? Usually bluetooth issues are related to the phone;s bluetooth. Are you getting a specific error somewhere?

@Bettyboop50 I hope you're doing well! The sync and setup are done from the Fitbit app not from the Bluetooth settings area on your phone or iPad. Make sure that your phone is compatible to sync. In this case you can try restarting the tracker by doing the following:
Plug the charging cable to your computer or UL certified wall adapter.
Align the contacts of the tracker with the charging cable and plug it in making sure it snaps securely.
Your tracker should start charging.
Press the button for 10 to 12 seconds.
You should see your tracker's firmware version and you can now unplug your tracker.
After this restart the bluetooth on your phone. Go to the app and retry syncing them. If by any chance you enable notifications on your iPad then please disable this option there and turn off the bluetooth before you try syncing with your phone.
Let me know how it goes!

Same problem here. Just got a new iPhone 11 Pro Max. My Alta hr data syncs fine, but I can enable notifications. The Alt hr is not showing on my iPhone settings Bluetooth list -- although I have seen it appear twice for very brief periods. The phone is new and the Alta has been working fine with my old phone. Should I assume the problem is with the iPhone Bluetooth?
