Hi @Sonja333 Fitbit won't contact you, so you might want to edit your post to remove the email address, as this is a public forum. The warranty period is one year or two years in some European countries, so you're more than likely out of warranty. The Charge 4 was released earlier this year. There are no repairs for these devices.

Let me help you with your damaged Charge 2. As @Odyssey13 said these devices haven't been sold in a while but I have created a ticket so our Support team can review your case and see if there are options for you.
