Hi everyone.
I've had my Fitbit since February and the strap has broken already. I say "already" but it broke a couple of months ago. Is there any way I can get a new strap? I've read some of the threads on the forum and it seems it is quite common for them to break.

My charge 3 strap cracked and was close to breaking. I called customer support and they sent me a new one. Call before your warranty expires.
