I have a Fitbit 2 after six months. The band will not stay on , always let’s go. This is my second Fitbit 2 and the first one did the same thing. I bought it at Sports Check Cobourg,Ontario.

You can buy new bands n the store as well as amazon.

But you might check with the place you bought it to see what their warranty is. They are not on the approved listed

Had charge2 for maybe 2 years. One side of the band just fell off one day. Within a week the other side came off. Now neither one stays on for any length. No abuse whatsoever. I liked it but I didn’t buy it to have bands fall off. I will not buy new bands. I won’t buy another Fitbit
