My main screen is stuck on 5:37 AM on April 15 (yesterday). It will not update the time, date, etc... It will also not scroll through to the other screens. I have tried to sync it to my phone app, and have tried the reset instructions I found on the page here. Is there anything else I can do to fix the watch?

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Which mobile device are you using to sync the Charge 2 with the Fitbit? If you haven't already done so, please try changing your device's clock face following the steps from our help article: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
