Broken pixels in screen

My fitbit charge 3 screen is broken inside, showing black and grey lines down the screen as if the pixels are broken within. What shall I do???

If your fitbit is out of warranty they will give you a lousy 25% discount for a new one.  Support will walk you through a long restart process a few times, which won't fix it of course and then possibly replace it if you are still within your warranty.  Mine is just over the warranty and I will NOT be getting another one.
