This morning my screen was very faint. Went to check display and toggled it to auto - it went black. I went in a dark room - still black. Tried to reset following your instructions - I get a smiley face and then back to black. This is especially annoying. Tried to switch clock faces - still black. What else do you propose I do? I’m extremely disappointed and am about to throw it away if it smirks at me one more time. I was planning on staying on the monthly fee program after the free trial but looks like I should spend some money on new device from somewhere else.
