Charge 3 won't charge

I dont know if it has water problem or the battery, I bough it Last year September 2019 and the problem started this march.

The device is charging when the charger is plug on it but it only stays for 1% even thou I charge it for 30min even an hour and 2hours. it only stays at 1% can't used the device now its been 2 months.

Can I ask what seem to be the problem or anyone got the same problem as mine?

If you are having problems charging your Charge 3, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? and follow the instructions provided there.
