I got my Charge 2 as a gift. After 8 months of use the screen broke. I returned it and received another Charge 2. Now my screen is broken again after only 5 months. I am not hard on watch and I see no reason why this is happening. Please help..

Not your fault. Its a defect in the unit itself. The glass cracks. Its a common problem. Unfortunately, your warranty is good for only one year from the purchase of your first unit. No separate warranty on the second unit. No recourse no solution no help. I am sorry to say that but nothing will be done to give you relief. Just trying to be honest and upfront about it with you.
