Hello, I've had my fitbit for a while now, and abotu 10 minuets ago I took off my fitbit and then the left side button went off with out me touching it. It constently does it making it useless, and when I do touch the button nothing occurs. Inbetween the beeps it makes when the button is triggered, the touch scree does work. I've already tried resetting it multiple times. What should I try to do next?

Hi @Jackson_, welcome to the Community Forums!

 

Thanks for your post and for trying some troubleshooting steps before to posting over here.  If your Charge 2 button is not working, you may be able to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air too, just hold the device at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around.
