Hi there. The button on the side of my charge 3 doesn’t vibrate anymore when I press it. I’m not quite sure what to do to fix it. I’ve only had it for 6 months.

Hi @KMS19, welcome to the community.

 

Is your Charge 3 also not vibrating for notifications etc, or is it just the button feedback (vibration) that has gone?

 

Can I ask if you've tried restarting your Charge 3 by following the steps in this help article (here)?

It will respond to touch and notify me of things, but it’s the feedback vibration that’s gone.
