C2 tracker not displaying changes

Execise shortcuts do not display on C2 tracker. I have tried turning tracker off and on and then syncing; reinstalling app and syncing; wiping out all shortcuts then syncing and then adding desired shortcuts and then syncing again. Shortcuts still do not display. Please help! Thx.

Is this a new occurrence, or might it just be that you don't know how to get to the Exercise Shortcuts?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I have not tried to change the shortcuts before. The default shortcuts that appear when pressing the button are gone, but the choices i made to replace them are not showing up.

Solved: Exercise was off in menu options.
