I have a Charge 4 that was bought as a Christmas present last year and the plastic strap clasp has snapped off does anyone know what I should do ? This happened to my previous one that I received the Christmas before but I didn't do anything about it.

when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or Twitter works well, too.

I had this happen with my Charge 4. Fortunately I had bought one of those SquareTrade plans when I bought it from Amazon. They replaced the whole FitBit. However, while I was waiting for the replacement to arrive, I used a few drops of Gorilla Glue to re-attach the band. It worked perfectly. I finally stopped wearing it because obviously I couldn't change the band on it, and I got out the new one so I could swap out the band. But I wore it for five months and the Gorilla Glue held.

No idea if FitBit will help you, but you might be able to salvage it if not.
