Since installing update just over a week ago I do not receive a s!eep score or stage details on my Charge 4. Have followed the advice in earlier conversations but this has made no difference. Tracker is still within 1 year warranty. Any help please?

What update are you referring to? Fitbit app or Charge 4 Firmware?
Are your sleep stages being recorded?
How about your heart rate during the night?

I think it was Charge 4 Firmware - I'm on 20001.100.76. Sleep stages not being recorded. Heart rate is being recorded during the night.
I did a chat with someone at Fitbit yesterday who told me to reset my tracker, but that has made no difference, so was going to call them today - what do you think?
