When I receive a call it always says home on my Fitbit how do I change this to tell me who is calling

I had the same error. No matter who is calling it says it's my husband's cell phone calling. I tried a factory reset last night and it did not resolve it. I just now removed the app, restarted my phone, reinstalled the app and marked the box for notifications in the app. I just did a test call and it seems to be working now.

 

Update: this DID NOT solve my issue.  Now instead, my work phone number always shows up no matter who calls.
