When I first got my Charge 4 in January I had no problems with the calorie tracker. It seems like the longer I have it, the more issues I have. It is not calculating my food intake logs correctly. It will start to but by the end of the night it starts subtracting calories instead of adding them. Are you working on fixing this? I track my calories in/out daily and was the main reason for getting the fitbit. I am getting frustrated with it not working. I have talked to help/support who said they are aware of this but don't know when it will be fixed.

@Alyce316 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message.
Just to avoid confusions, you are referring to the feature to log food and calories on the Fitbit app right?
Or do you mean anything else?
Could you please elaborate on your situation, so that we can provide you with the best information possible.
Do you use a food plan?
What stats are looking into , the intake vs remaining calories? The tile on the app dashboard?
Have you tried logging the info on the online Dashboard (fitbit.com)
See you around.
See you around.

I am referring to the fitbit app. I have attached pictures that show the calories in vs calories out. Even though I have logged food it isn't calculating any calories in. I do follow a food plan. I have forced quit the app, disconnected, restarted the app, phone, and device. Nothing seems to be working. It worked great up until about a month ago.

My phone app has been having issues calculating calories correctly for a couple of days now. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it continues to fail to calculate calories. Hope Fitbit takes a look at it.

I have the same issue. It shows correctly in the summary but the chart and details are wrong. Super frustrating!

Still in 2023 March this issue with the IOS app is happening again. My calories are not adding up correctly. I have eaten the same thing for 3 days and each day the total calories are different and incorrect. I had stopped tracking calories and documenting my food in the Fitbit app and was using my fitness pal. I’ve come back to fitbit as I have a new phone, and after 4 days of tracking, each day is incorrect. Why should I have to go to another app when I’ve purchased an expensive smart watch? Calories burned total do not match the dashboard, total calories in the food chiclet don’t match the total on the dashboard. Ect what is going on fitbit? It’s all glitchy. Removing the app, restarting the phone changing wifi to data and turning on an off Bluetooth doesn’t help. I’m trying to track all that I put in my body and burn off to help my overall health. How can I be accurate and on track if the app I am tracking with is incorrect and glitchy? Please fix this as it’s been happening since 2020.
