My Fitbit Charge 2 has lost all the calories information for all the food I usually eat, which is recorded so I can get back to it. If I put something in for breakfast it gives me other similar foods so I don’t have to calculate again or look it up. This happened this evening without warning. I thought it maybe because it’s not the latest one, but my husbands Charge 4 has done exactly the same, can anyone help please.

@Jayztee It's good that the community is growing!
Let me help you with your missing foods. This issue is related to the Fitbit app not to your trackers as they don't relate to food logs. I suggest you log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also make sure the app is up to date.
Let me know how it goes.
