It's clear that 2 years is the life expectancy. This is my 2nd watch in 4 years. It's been 3 days of hoping my watch would magically work like it had. Just updated the app, but no luck. Unsure if I should upgrade to Charge 4 or completely change companies. I have liked what Fitbit offers, but this has become like clockwork (no pun intended). If I do stay, considering theres no phone # to call, would staff reach out with a coupon to keep me? I appreciate this community's thoughts.

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately, the instructions to fix my blank
screen did not work - I tried it multiple times. My sleep stats returned a
few days ago, which is great. However, it's s now been over a week since it
happened without one of the major and most basic functions of telling time.
I am debating what to do next, whether to stick with Fitbit or move on to a
different brand.
If you have additional suggestions, I look forward to hearing them.
Otherwise, I need to make a decision soon.
Sincerely,
Hardesty

My screen is still not working, despite updating to version #25 and following directions to push the button while my fitbit was charging. Because it continues to be a blank screen, I still can't tell the time, BUT it now buzzes with the "10 minutes to the hour" notification. I guess that's something. It feels funny to wear a watch that at a minimum, doesn't show the time.still considering options outside of fitbit.
Below are screenshots of what it is/isn't calculating.
