I've had my Charge 2 for over a year and in the last 3 days the figure for Calories Burned has doubled that for days with comparable numbers of steps taken. I tried resetting it but it's still doing it. Any ideas on what else I can try?

I'm not using any third party apps and I figured out that it hasn't been reading my heart rate for the past three days (it shows as 0). I just woke up and according to my Fitbit app I have 132 active minutes already. Also, I tried to check the settings you mentioned and couldn't see where on the app to check age etc.

@awm54, a warm welcome to our Community!
Let me help you with your calories burned. Check your personal settings (age, height, weight, etc.) as this is used to calculate this data. Also check that you haven't logged any activities or that a third party app isn't logging activities.
Let me know how it goes.

My husband just checked my resting heart rate and it was 62. My Charge 2 says 121.
