Hi. Unfortunately I hate the new update. I don't like the look of it, can't find things (how do I adjust my silent alarms?!) & the sync is now terrible. Can I remove the update & return to the older version please? I have a charge 2.. Thanks 🙂

Unfortunately, you can't go back to the old version. Fitbit say:

 

"After you switch to the new app experience, you can no longer access the old Fitbit app design. Over the next few months, the old Fitbit app design won’t be available, and the new app experience will become permanent."

In terms of the alarms: on the main "today" tab of the dashboard, select your profile image at the top left of the screen, then select your fitbit. You will then be on the device settings where you'll find the alarms
