Is there any way I can see my average SPO2 number and the range of values? I do see the graph and I know the clockface on versa and others show this average/range value.

Hi @dianasmith, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding your question, I'm afraid that the SpO2 feature is only available for certain smartwatches.
I'd like to share this help page, which provides more information about this feature and what smartwatches are capable to provide this data.
I'll be around if any question arises.

I have a Charge 3 and iPhone app. The app shows the variation in my SpO2 during sleep, but I want to see the actual SpO2 values, not the variation in them. Is there a way to do that?
I use a CPAP, so the variation is always low. But I want to know if that's always 98% or 99% or whatever, especially since low SpO2 is a common COVID symptom.
