Wanted to go for a walk this morning and several of the plus signs have disappeared from the App on my phone. I am therefore unable to add/map my walk. I've reset the Charge 3, restarted my phone,turned bluetooth off and on and re-paired the device all to no avail. Haven't uninstalled/re installed the App as not sure if that will mean me losing previous data. Phone is Huawei P20 Lite. Fitbit version 22.58.00. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have an Alta HR and I tried your suggestion but it did not fix my problem. The + is still missing.

Thank you this must be the new way to manually now log exercise. Thanks for letting us know and thanks to Fitbit for no response to the thread!

I see the plus signs reappeared this morning on my iPhone. Hope it was an update for the app. Hope everyone else's works now too.

Yes mine has too! Good. Anybody know where Fitbit post about known errors and fix timescales to save us all wondering whether it’s a fault or just an update?

I had the same problem, my phone had a low battery and then it stopped working. Now I can't add new exercise! Running the iOS version.

Logged out and restarted the phone twice, the same issue!
