My strap has broken and I've tried to follow the guidance for logging this with FitBit, but it won't let me complete the form with a postcode...anyone got any other way to resolve this? I'm still within the year's warranty.

I succeeded by initially leaving the characters out to avoid the message popping up. At my attempt to send it, the website suggested the right characters automatically. If that doesn't work, there is still a non-obligatory address line that can be used.
