Fitbit Charge 3

On Saturday afternoon my Charge 3 Fitbit suddenly had white horizontal lines appear on the screen. I have looked at this forum and tried all the suggestions, such as changing the clock face and restarting the watch but nothing has been successful.

Can you please help.
