My charge 3, just went to a black screen and will not turn on. I put it on the charger and the smiley face came on, it vibrated multiple times, switched between screens, the notification screen and main screen and then a white horizontal line is now displayed. I tried to reset while charging, and the same thing happens every time. I cant switch to the setting screen to do a hard reset. It will not sync to my phone to try to change the clock face. It is only 1 month old.

Hey there! Yes I did get a new charge 3 mailed to me and customer service was great. But now my new one is doing the same thing. It started flipping from screen to screen. I changed the watch face, which it did, and thenwhole thing went black. It has about 70% charge on it. It won't turn on and has a black screen? Now what?
