I am on my fourth Fitbit that has had an issue with the band breaking. My Charge 4 connection to the band snapped two weeks ago and there is no way to attach the strap. This has happened repeatedly and usually Fitbit has replaced the device and the strap. I learned this time however, that the warranty is counted from the initial purchase so I am no longer covered, even though this Fitbit has broken after five months. I am loathe to purchase another Fitbit. Does anyone have a recommendation for a replacement strap that would hold the still working device?

Hi @vkalpa people who had this happen went to Amazon and purchased a protective cover band. It encompasses the pebble portion of the Charge 4, so the broken nub isn't a problem, as long as the device is still working. Some even just pop the pebble in their pocket. You'll have to search Amazon for the band.
