My Charge 3 connects to my Outlook. I haven't any issues until yesterday. I received an email that I can not get rid of. I can't delete it, open it, nothing. I can receive new messages, both emails and texts, and I can read them, delete, open, everything as usual. This particular email stays. I have deleted the original from my Outlook.
I can not look at any other screen on my Charger 3. I cannot view the clock, nothing except for that email. Unless I new message. I have tried several times to reset the Charge 3. It will not reset. It takes the battery forever to run down.
Any advice will be appreciated.

Thanks for troubleshooting this notification issue. Have you tried to setup your tracker as new? If you haven't, I recommend trying this by following the steps in the article: How do I set up my Fitbit device?.
Just remember to sync your device before doing this to avoid losing your information.
