Anyone else have issues syncing their watch to their phone? My charge 3 worked perfect for a month and now it no longer syncs. I’ve done all the recommendations by Fitbit and it still won’t work

Mine suddenly stopped syncing properly 4 days ago and it's driving me crazy! The first day it took over an hour of following the various advice online to get it to sync, the second day it took longer and so on and so on. Today it says it can't find the device, yet somehow it has synced Sleep and it was syncing heart rate (it's not now). However, when I go to the Heart Rate screen on each one of the 4 days there are gaps in the heart recording data. I'm seriously beginning to think my Fitbit is stuffed!

Omg that’s exactly what’s happening with mine too. It says device not found. I’ve also noticed the green flashing lights on the back of the watch don’t flash consistently either. I’ve been researching up on it and it seems our problems are a common issue with the charge 3. Multiple people are complaining g of the same things. I think it’s just a crap watch in general. Won’t be buying another one that’s for sure
