I’ve had a charge 4 since summer. I just realized today I don’t have an SPO2 app. I have the latest install. How can I get this app? I am in the United States.

Thank you!

@Johnerz Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and following the tips and recommendations I've provided above.

The SpO2 clock faces are only available in certain countries at this time. If you don’t see them in the Gallery, the feature isn’t available in your region. For more information on the availability of Fitbit SpO2, see fitbit.com.

If you continue having trouble adding an SpO2 clock face to your Fitbit device, make sure you update your watch to run the latest version of Fitbit OS. For instructions, see How do I update my Fitbit device?

Hi there, @Jenn26jenn. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Charge 4.

For instructions on how to install the SpO2 app to your Fitbit Charge 4, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I add apps to my Fitbit device?".

If you have installed the SpO2 app but are not getting readings, please verify if there is any pending update:

  1. Open the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
  2. Tap Apps
  3. If an app has a pending update, you'll see an Update button next to its name. Tap it to update the app.

Hope this helps.
