When i try to sync my charge 2 to my phone, it says tracker not found. All the settings are turned on to sync and I've restarted it and nothings working. It's new and had been working fine until today.

Thanks it worked. Also last week when doing challenges it would say less steps done then on dashboard. What causes that to happen?

It worked only for a short time. I had to do the reset a few times today. Right now it is working.

My cousin told me to. Clean the connectors with alcohol too. And that helped.

I have tried all of the suggestions provided with no success. Any other ideas?

Not knowing what you've tried, I know you tried what you've seen, I'm not sure what hasn't been tried.
Restarted the phone?
Shutdown the phone?
Restarted the tracker three times?
Upgraded the app?
Removed the tracker from the phones Bluetooth screen?

This is typical of my experience. Works for two or three days then won't sync and the app has to be totally uninstalled. Crappy.

I tried everything suggested. The only thing that worked was turning my phone completely off and then on again. I didn't have to do anything with the FitBit itself. Finally discovered this after a good hour of playing around with it and reading and trying suggestions! Oh well... All is well that ends well.
