Can't log in

After years of use I give up.  Just cannot go in.

Hey @rts10003, I hope you are doin' great! Are you getting some type of error when trying to log in? Have you tried to change your password? Don't you change the e-mail you were using for your Fitbit account? And one last question, are you trying to log in through the Fitbit app or the computer?
