I've tried everything I can think of and read about and my charge 2 is flat out refusing to pair. At first it wouldn't accept the update (last synced in August) so I deleted the watch and now it wont pair. Can anybody think of anything I may not have tried?
I have a Samsung A40 if that makes any difference.
These things aren't cheap and I'm so fed up now.

Your phone is not on the list of Approved Devices.

Yes, but it has Android 9 so the compatible page says it should still work.

I am having the same problem, have tried logging off and that didn't work, really unhappy as only had it a year and was working fine up to last week.

The Android 7 or above OS is in addition to an Approved Device.

Llewlou, you are right. My bad. I thought Xperia was a brand, didn't know it was a Sony model. Why don't you try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings, then About, and then Factory Reset?

Cbwilsha, I don't know how, but it's done it! Yay! I messed about a bit in fitbit.com instead of the app, so don't know if that helped, but it's all paired, updated and synced. Whew! I was losing the will......lol.
Thank you for your efforts, hun. Much appreciated.
