Hi everyone,

I can't seem to be able to reset my time & date,!

Any help greatly appreciated!

Hi @Pattilicious you can't set the date or the time, as it comes from the device you use to sync. You need to sync regularly in order to keep the time current.

@Pattilicious A warm welcome to the Community ! Thank you for your message. 

As mentioned by Odyssey13 your Fitbit will overtake the time and date from the last device it was synced with.

How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab your profile picture App Settings. Time Zone.
Turn off the Set Automatically option.
Tap Time Zone and choose the correct time zone.
Sync your Fitbit device.
