Can't setup Charge 2 again

My charge 2 Fitbit that I got only around this time last year has began to have a problem. A couple days ago I deleted my charge 2 device from my account, but the Fitbit had no battery when I did it. So I charged it and when it turned on it had the wrong date and time (it had been like that since before I deleted the device tho, as the syncing didn’t work either). So now my Fitbit says the wrong date and time but I deleted the device so wouldn’t it just go back to how it is when it’s new (the set up screen), but for some reason mine didn’t and now I’m stuck like this as I have looked on nearly every website for answers and none of them work. (I’ve even tried restarting it multiple times, which doesn’t work either). Thanks for listening team Fitbit, hopefully you can comeback up with any conclusions or answers, thanks again

Let me help you setting up your Charge 2 again and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

I just tried all of the answers you’ve given me and it still isn’t working. I deleted my device from the account but my Fitbit still says the date and time but not the right one. Nothing is working.
