How do you pair your device or even set it up when you get a 404 error on the setup page. This is happening whether I try setting it up on my Mac or on my iPhone. Suggestions on how to continue?

Let me help you with setting up your Charge 2 on your account. This is odd that you are getting this error. Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your computer and your app. I suggest you log out from the app, restart your phone, restart your tracker and log back in. After this retry the setup process.
