Followed Charge 2 instructions to set up - updated computer - downloaded app - registered - bluetooth on - but when double clicking on Charge 2 device to add as a bluetooth device keeps coming up with message 'try connecting again'. Have disconnected and uninstalled app as noted in the troubleshooter and tried everything I could find from the forums. Friends who have Charge 2 and 3's tried connecting my device without success - any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

@Dingles6149 Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear that you can't setup your Charge 2. You will need to use a Windows 10 or Mac computer with integrated bluetooth and the Fitbit software. You can also try restarting your Charge 2 by following these instructions. After this retry the setup.

As my computer and software is less than 3 months old and checking Fitbit forums realised it is not possible to set up Fitbit on PC so achieved setup on smartphone. Not happy with Fitbit wasting my time as this seems to be a common problem.
