Good morning, after the latest fitbit charge 3 firmware update I couldn't sync my device anymore. I tried rebooting the device and the phone and all the tips I found in the community posts. Then I unpaired the device from the phone, but now I cannot setup my charge 3. I have Huawei phone and I know there are compatibility problems, so I tried switch to my old phone (LG Nexus 5) but it won't work either.
I open fitbit app and click setup device, agree to privacy settings and proceed to pairing. The phone finds the device real quick and charge 3 shows the pairing number on the screen. I enter the numbers on the phone's app and seems all to be working really well, but the process doesn't finish. It stays in the loading process for about 10 minutes and then fitbit app show a message in which tells me the pairing can't be done. Can somebody help me?
Thanks

This didn't work, but then I contacted Fitbit support and they suggested to unistall the app and delete all data from the Charge 3 (Settings / Info / Delete User Data) and reboot both the phone and the Fitbit. After doing this operation the pairing was super fast on my Huawei P20 Lite.
Thanks for your suggestions!

Happened to me also, but today miraculously I managed to pair my charge3 to the phone. I just left it doing its thing for about 30-45 min while I was having breakfast. But still have problems with the sync. Apparently now it syncs but information about sleep and heart rate are missing

Maybe is Fitbit problem with some devices. Which phone do you have? Did you leave the phone's screen on during the process?
Thanks for the answer

I use two phones (Huawei and BQ), yesterday neither of them worked. Today I tied with Huawai and worked (there supposed to be a pairing problem between Huawei and Fitbit, which I never experienced). The phone screen sweeched off during the process but it kept working. I hope it works for you too.
