I've had my Charge 4 for 19 months now which means the shop won't recognise warranty. It's like the bluetooth on the device isn't working. It won't connect to phone so I tried my laptop (which I used to use) and it synced fine yesterday but for 6 hours today I've been trying and no luck. I've rebooted the Fitbit. I've unpaired and repaired. And I can't get it to connect to anything.... it's reading my steps, etc fine but I can't sync or connect. Why or why do I have so many problems with Fitbit. I can't afford to replace and I use it because of my health problems. Please advise what I should do.
