Help! So, I need to update my tracker software on my charge 2. I have a Samsung a20e, and a windows 7 laptop, but don't have a dongle.
Just talking with live chat and they said the phone is not supported.
Can't connect to live chat now for some reason.
Have emailed but says 2 days for a reply.
Any ideas on how I can update my tracker software?

Hi @SarahLouB if the phone isn't supported and you can't get a dongle to try Windows 7 (which is also not supported) then you might have to reach out to a friend. Any friend with a Windows computer or a compatible Android or iOS phone could help you out. There's not much that can be done unless you can connect to the Fitbit servers to get the update on the tracker's firmware.
