Can you change interval timer vibration settings on Charge 3?

I know you can change the vibration intensity. But the interval timer is constantly vibrating through the “move” time and it’s extremely confusing when I’ve reached the rest period. Is there anyway to change how often it’s vibrating. If not this is probably the worst feature of the charge 3.

Welcome on board @Char3, it's nice to see you around here! Click here to go there. See my image below, that's where you need to be in order to customize the interval workout:

By default, the interval workout consists of:

  • Move period: 30 seconds
  • Rest period: 10 seconds
  • Repeat: 14 times
  • Total time: 9:20

To set custom intervals:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap Account icon > your device image.
  2. Tap Exercise Shortcuts.
  3. Tap Interval Workout
  4. Set your intervals.
  5. Sync your device to save the changes.

Hope this helps!
