Just got my Fitbit Charge 3.  It will not exit the "Screen Wake/Notifications" screen.  I've tried tapping and swiping and it just sits there.  Help!

Press on left hand side of watch face - there’s an invisible button. Takes you back to normal clock face

I am having the same problem and pressing on the left hand side didn't work for me.

Did it vibrate? Think you need to press it on the left towards the top? Worked first time for me - sorry no other suggestion

Thanks for the suggestion, I do appreciate it.  It did vibrate, went to timer mode.  I took it off to give my son a bath and it was fine when I put it on again.

I have the same problem in week 2.  It worked fine in week 1 but now the screen froze on weather.  Pressing the left button does no good.

Please advise.

Think you need Fitbit support to answer - the button reset worked for me

I am having this same issue also. It gets stuck on this screen and swiping does no good.  Pressing the left button does nothing either.  It is just unresponsive.  Eventually it will return to the home screen.

Same thing happened to me. Pressing the left side a second time worked.

Glad you got sorted - think it sometimes takes a while to react to button pushing and swiping.

The only thing that worked for me was to select a different clock face in the app.

Changing the clock to a different clock face in the Fitbit app set it straight for me.  (I’m amazed that the Fitbit expert didn’t suggest this.   They did suggest to go to setup and add your device as a replacement device.  I did not try that but I will next time)
