Cannot get All Day Sync to work

After the software update my All Day Sync doesn't seems to be able to turn on. I use to be able to track my heart beat but now I cant. Is always in the Looking mode even my charge 2 is linked to my iphone 7 plus

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not having the All Day Sync option. Try refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Mine won't sync right after the recent update either. I have a Samsung phone

I have had this issue also, I have a Samsung and I've removed the device from my Bluetooth and did everything else I could think of and it will still not sync like it should.

Been using Fitbit for the past 4 years and been liking it. 

 

a. I deleted the fitbit connection on my Iphone bluetooth setting

b. I also deleted the charge 2 connection on the Fitibit Apps

c. I hard reset my Fitbit 

 

the All day sync is connected (Yeh!!!!)  hopefully it remain connected !

Try what I did deleted all connection both Phone and Apps. Do a hard reset and see if it works! ok
