DEAD CHARGE 2

My charge 2 was working perfectly fine until I decided to install the update onto the Fitbit and since then I've had a dead screen no green light, I've tried resetting it nothing's happened I've had it plugged into the mains I've had it plugged into a computer nothing seems to be reviving my fitbit2 😭please can anyone help I'll be forever grateful.. Thanks

I've also tried two different charges as my partner has the same Fitbit and both charges are working on his just not mine thanks

Seems to be a common issue with this last firmware update. I am wondering why that 22 page thread full of issues like this has been locked?
