Cannot pair my Charge 3.
The app has been reloaded, the tracker has been re-set
In the process the phone identifies the tracker, PIN is input and the pairing starts.
The process begins, with screen message “Sorry the set up is taking longer than usual. Please be patient. We are on it”
Next screen “NOT WORKING”.
The charger is charged and on. There are no other trackers nearby.
Bluetooth has been on and off and on, along with reinstall of app, re-start of tracker.
Can you help?

I've done everything outlined and still nothing my charge 3 was set up no problem I've had it for 3 months now and 3 days ago it stopped syncing all together. So I'm not sure what can be done from here. Would love some help. Thank you.

Having the same problem after going through the process.
The phone is Galaxy 6 Android version 10.
I have also tried via the app on Dell Inspiron 15 7000, similar issues.
I have also tried connecting to a Galaxy A20e, Android v 10.
Looking forward for Guidance.

I have been able to connect a different Charge 3 to the Galaxy A20e, I guess the issue must be with the Fitbit.......

My fitbit will not pair, yet other fitbit charger 3 do pair..
