I have had to set up a new fitbit account and now I cannot register my existing charge 2 device to my new account. The fitbit is turned on and fully charged, there are no other trackers close by and I've turned Bluetooth on and off. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Did you remove the tracker from your old account? Until you do you will not be able to set it up on a new account.

Hi, yes I did remove tracker from old account. My old account has also been deleted.
