My Fitbit Charge 2 was fully charged up two days ago and within two hours the battery was dead. I recharged it and this occurred again. I went into the HELP Community yesterday evening and followed the tips and cleaned the contacts on the charger and the device.. The device was plugged into a UL USB for over 2 hours and it never recharged. The device was also quite warm but not charging. The device did not vibrate when attached to the charger so I have not been able to RESTART an uncharged device. I have had the device since October 10, 2017 and this is the first time I have had any problems. Do I need a new device?
