I was given this Charge 3 in May of 2019. I am only now setting it up.
When I charged it, the Charge 3 said I needed to go to www.fitbit.com/setup. When I went there, it said I needed to download the app on my phone.
I downloaded the app on my phone. I turned on Bluetooth. I created an account (I couldn't be here if I didn't).
My charge 3 remains completely blank and isn't doing anything.
I am open to any suggestions.

I have an iPhone SE, currently running iOS 13.3. I have gone to the app store and ensured I have the latest version of Fitbit as of tonight.

Note, I have also downloaded the Windows app for my laptop to see if that would figure out how to make the connection with my fitbit, but that hasn't worked, either.

Try a Restart of your tracker and do it several times if necessary.

Thanks. As someone in software I should have known to try a 'reboot'. I managed to turn it off and then also charge it over night and it seems very happy today and I've started counting steps and heartrate and I'm ready to go. Thanks!
